Serge Vatine : Ce bouquin est une Bible à deux titres, donc il te permet d'être empathique et de comprendre que ce qu'on négocie est pas crétin et pourquoi on le négocie. Il permet aussi de voir ce qu'est Market Practice, en tout cas standard sur le marché US. Ce bouquin est pour moi très important, je l'offrais à tous mes collaborateurs en private equity.
